Blackford originally purchased lots 152-154 from the state in 1835, later subdivided the land, and sold portions to Erie Locke in 1857, who then sold an individual lot to Elizabeth Chamberlin in 1869. The document shows how early Indianapolis real estate developed as Blackford subdivided the original state-owned parcels before selling individual lots to the Locke family. | Rights: Box 7513-B22, Folder F16.
