This photo was taken in the Gennett Records studio during one of the Wolverine Orchestra's first recording sessions. Seated 2nd from the right is cornetist Leon "Bix" Beiderbecke. Jutting out from behind the curtains in the center is the recording horn that would capture their sound onto the blank master.
