The Colgate Building, renowned for its giant clock, originally served as the Indiana State Prison South. The buildings you see here today were new when Frank Moore lived within these walls. Frank arrived at a time of great reform in Indiana’s prisons, with corporal punishment and inhumane conditions declining.
