It has been mentioned that some of the rose bushes located near the front of the house today were placed there many years ago as a final wish of a woman who had lived nearby. She had observed many funerals from her home over the years and always thought that rose bushes would look nice outside the funeral home. They were supposedly placed there after her death. However, this story has not yet been confirmed.
